FORMING, SHEARING, ROLLING
Forming metal is the most crucial part of metal fabrication, and it’s where our craftsmen truly shine.
We create parts that meet our customers’ exact specifications. When forming metal, precise angles and complex geometries can be hard to achieve, but at BellPro, our wide variety of tooling allows us to create parts of any shape, regardless of your project’s specifications.

Shearing cuts sheet metal to size from larger rolls or flat stock. As the material passes through the shear machine, cutting blades precisely fracture it into smaller pieces. This process ensures clean cuts that can be quickly repeated, accommodating complex part geometries across a variety of materials—including thin steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and copper—up to 1 inch (1.000”) thick. Our software-driven cutting technology offers the flexibility and speed required to meet your fabrication project needs on time and within budget.

GRINDING + FINISHING
Grinding is a finishing process that removes small amounts of material from various surfaces and shapes. It is an effective way to achieve precise tolerances and superior surface finishes, enhancing the quality of the manufactured part.​
Cladding is a mechanical process where heat and pressure are used to create a bond between the substrate and the metal coating. Cladding can provide a thicker metal coating than either electroplating or electroless plating.

Deburring methods include polishing, brushing,, flexible polishing, and satin finishing, which produces a smooth directional finish.
A variety of polishing tools and techniques can be used to clean and smooth the surface of a substrate. Buff polishing is most often applied to provide a glossy, decorative finishing to metallic objects. ​​

In this process, metal is forced through a die using high pressure to create profiles like round or rectangular tubes, U-, H-, or Z-channels, hat channels, or more complex shapes like T-slot framing bars. It's also commonly used for wall and window trim.​

For a quote, send your 3D CAD files to our estimating team. Please include all part files, the final assembly file, and any necessary technical documentation. Be sure to specify weld locations, types, materials, wall thicknesses, tolerances, and finishes to ensure accurate quoting and production. For assemblies, label the final file as “Assembly” and use “Welding” to mark parts that will be joined.
