SHEAR
Through our ability to process complex part geometries from the thinnest steel, aluminum, stainless steel and copper to heavy duty metals ranging up to 1 inch (1.000”) in thickness.

FORM
Forming metal is the most crucial part of metal fabrication, and it’s where our craftsmen truly shine.

WELD
Creating a seamless weld is an art form, which our welders take very seriously. A core component of our full-service metal fabrication capabilities are the welds that bond many parts and their various assemblies.

EXTRUSION MACHINING
Extrusion can be continuous to create very long pieces, or semi-continuous in order to create many shorter pieces.
During the planning stage of a machining project, the construction material is a key consideration. Depending upon your requirements, we will can partner to suggest and provide the right material to accomplish your needs during high strength-to-weight ratios, corrosion resistance properties, electrical conductivity, specialty finishing, etc.
ASSEMBLY
BellPro offers a full compliment of assembly options. Our experienced team can assemble part, or all, of your finished products. Our experience and processes guarantee a level of consistency that is almost impossible to achieve in the field.
We make sure your assembly is done right and on time, using a myriad of tools and techniques, for nearly every industry imaginable.
PACKAGING
BellPro provides shipping, custom packaging and wrapping capabilities to get your finished products where they need to be.
We also provide systematic and/or etching services to address part numbering and other Quality Management System standards.
ROUTER
Our precision routers are able to cut parts from both ferrous and non-ferrous materials at a thickness of up to twelve inches.
Utilizing the latest advances in router cutting technology, our capabilities are suitable for one-off, small batch production as well as high volume and high productivity applications.
